The room was well-sized and clean, with daily housekeeping ensuring a comfortable stay. The courtyard provided a pleasant outdoor space to unwind. One highlight was the exceptional shower, a luxurious touch that stood out during my travels.The hotel staff, particularly the concierge/front desk team, were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Despite the language barrier, they went the extra mile to assist us with local recommendations and even made phone calls on our behalf. The option to refill water and access hot drinks in the kitchen was a thoughtful touch that added to the overall value of the stay.One aspect that could be improved is the lack of additional amenities such as laundry services or a shared kitchen. While the basics were covered, these additional features would enhance the overall guest experience.In conclusion, Happy Express offers a good balance between affordability and comfort.
